Our transfer and support services aim to speed up and facilitate the check-in, check-out and immigration processes when boarding and disembarking at the station.
Cancellations of local Tours (Durations of less than 12 hours) will be accepted as long as they are requested no more than 3 days before the event, in these cases the full amount will be refunded, deducting only the transfer amounts from the same payment method when applied.
In the case of non-local Tours, such as Rockies, Calgary and others that last more than 1 day, cancellation will be accepted if requested 7 days before the event, and transfer amounts from the same payment method will be deducted when applied and amounts already paid accommodation and reserved activities.
