During the cruise season to Alaska, we offer a direct pier-airport/hotel-pier transfer, guiding embarkation or disembarkation at the port.
Cancellations of local Tours (Durations of less than 12 hours) will be accepted as long as they are requested no more than 3 days before the event, in these cases the full amount will be refunded, deducting only the transfer amounts from the same payment method when applied.
In the case of non-local Tours, such as Rockies, Calgary and others that last more than 1 day, cancellation will be accepted if requested 7 days before the event, and transfer amounts from the same payment method will be deducted when applied and amounts already paid accommodation and reserved activities.

We recommend boarding between 11 am and 12 pm, enough time to check in your bags, check in and have free time for lunch on board. Cruises depart daily at 4pm from Vancouver Harbor.
