The Vancouver Sun Run is Canada's largest 10km road race. With a beautiful scenic route through downtown Vancouver, starting at Burrard and Georgia heading north to Denman Street.

The route runs through the West End of Vancouver, and goes to the English Bay waterfront, then heads east along Beach and Pacific Ave, with incredible views of the waterfront. 

Runners then head south across the Burrard Street Bridge and pass through the South False Creek and Mount Pleasant neighborhoods. Afterwards, they pass through Science World and end at the iconic BC Place Stadium, which is the stadium that will host the World Cup in Vancouver.

Post-race experience

After the race, you are invited to enter the stadium to enjoy the closing party with your family and friends. At the closing party, celebrate your achievement with live entertainment, watch the first-place winners' awards ceremony, and enjoy free fruit, bagels, and drinks provided by our generous sponsors. Water stations are provided at several locations along the route, as well as live entertainment. 

Just walk

Countless people just walk all or part of the circuit, participating in this beautiful festival that takes place every spring in Vancouver.
